What Courses Should I Take to Make Money Fast – Cold Calling

Here’s something you don’t ever hear anybody talk about on YouTube, and it’s because they don’t do it.

When you have a good sales process, you can have someone tell you “No” in 2017 and then say “Yes” in 2019 if you have a good sales process in place.

Cold calling is one of the fastest ways to put money in your pocket. Depending on your business and your product, you could go out today and cold call and go home with a few hundred or a few thousand dollars in your pocket.

I’ll start at the beginning. I have my own companies, and I act as a part-time CEO for a few other companies. I’ve been extremely busy. So, what’s happening here is that the Hustler’s Kung Fu blog is going to be a very rich resource for a lot of things.

The question I get all the time is, “What course should I take?” I really can’t tell someone without sitting down and talking to them.

What is happening right now at the Hustler’s kung Fu blog is there will be a blurb about what the course will do for you. I have a bunch of courses available on Gumroad. With the blog, I can take each course or book and put it on a separate page and you can just go ahead and read it. The page will say, this is for someone trying to do this.

On Hustler’s Kung Fu, there’s going to be beginner type information. The information will be about how to start a business and how to hustle. The Uber book will be there. The Craigslist stuff will be there.

The prices will be between $5 and $50. It will be really affordable for most people.

If you buy a book and really do the work, you will make way more than the cost of that book. Way more. You can do it in a day.

One of the things I’ve found to be a big challenge with people is there are so many folks who just don’t want to work. They are looking for some push button success method. It just doesn’t exist. If something like that does exist, you are going to have to have stacks of money to buy it.

That’s why companies buy established businesses. It’s cheaper to buy that readymade situation than to create it in some cases. That’s why Facebook bought Instagram.

Let me talk about the cold calling course. If you have a business already, you want this course. Here’s a little secret that a lot of people won’t tell you about online marketing. If you are a well-known company, then marketing online is easy. If no one knows who you are, then cold calling will get you more business, faster and cheaper than online marketing. There’s a point when you are scaling up when online marketing will kick cold calling in the ass.

If you are really struggling to get business, cold calling is the way to go.

Let me just flesh out what cold calling is. Anytime you introduce your business or yourself to someone you don’t know, it’s cold calling.

Referrals are when someone else introduces you or lets you use their name when you introduce yourself.

If you use content marketing out there and someone finds you on a website or a place like HustlersKungFu.com, that is inbound marketing.

You’ve got to know these terms. You’ve got to invest in the sales process.

Now, marketing is saying… “Hey. We exist and we do this.”

Sales is… “Hey, we exist. We’ve observed your business and we have a solution to your problem. Let’s sit down and talk about it. If you like what we have to say, then let’s close the deal.”

Sales is a process. Marketing is pushing your company out into the world. Both are very important. Marketing and sales are not the same thing. They’re not.

There are huge marketing departments that work on finding channels to advertise and buying media. There are so many different aspects to marketing. Sales is closing the deal and getting the money.

Sometimes your marketing can be so good that a customer finds your site through inbound marketing efforts and then clicks and buys. That’s great sales. It’s not cheap, but it’s a low-cost way to get customers.

That’s the stuff we’re going to talk about in Cold Calling.

You can’t go through the sales process unless you have a customer in front of you. How do you get a customer in front of you? You’ve got to go out and find a customer in the marketplace. We’re going to talk about all that. We’re going to cover picking up the phone, writing emails and how to use CRM or Customer Relationship Management software.

When you have a good sales process, you can have someone tell you “No” in 2017 and say “Yes” in 2019.

One of my mentors always said, “We need sales today. We need sales next month. We need sales next year.”

Cold calling is going to be important for you guys with service businesses. It’s going to be important for you guys who have stores. It’s going to be important for you guys who sell on Craigslist.

If you are selling face to face, you need this course.

Cold calling is the fastest way to put money in your pocket. It’s hard, but if done correctly, you’ll never be broke or hungry. If you become great at cold calling, you can get rich.
